    Sorry, had already done it before I actually looked on pepipoo. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't realise what sort of site it was. I thought ....(well, let's not say what I thought). I have just registered on the forum there now. Interesting stuff!

    It is a fantastic forum and most people win against PCNs on there.

    Don't forget about the Hounslow wording flaw as well, as I mentioned before:
