If you leave a window or sun-roof open the Parking Attendant will be able to poke it off with a stick and then claim it wasn't on display....

Wouldn't surprise me. Don't they have targets they're supposed to meet?

PPC employees have been filmed rocking cars to make tickets, and even disabled badges, slide off dashboards.

I still reckon my idea of getting some cordless leaf blowers and doing a trade stand at the next Parkex (parking industry exhibition). :)
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

No, he'd be rewarded - these are employees from private parking companies (PPCs) that Stephen Leak was talking about, not real CEOs.

PPCs have one agenda and it's not parking management.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
