Also to say phones 4 u where the ones that said vodafone was a good company and had good taffifs that was suited for me, so once i signed that contract which was 3 year ago now i then became apart of vodafone not phones 4 u,i just think customers services needs to stop lying,vodafone is such a bad company :mad: x
Hi Harmony
Your issue is with Phones 4U where your contract was purchased and set up who are a third party seller who would have passed your details onto Vodafone to supply the airtime on their behalf. All Vodafone would have been responsible for would be the airtime part of the contract.
Phones 4U are a company who are all very nice friendly and helpful when you are signing on the dotted line with them but not good for after sales and Phones 4U have a reputation for misselling. You only have to do a Google, and there are many complaints to be found on the internet.
Harmony, if you feel that Phones 4U have missold you the contract when they should have been more than fully aware that no iphone contract can be discounted and the full price has to be paid, you are going to have to go back to them with any evidence or proof that they should have given you when you first took out the contract.
No iphone contract can be discounted, the price is set by Apple and Phones 4U should not have given you false information to get a sale.
I wish you luck with Phones 4U.0 -

here's 2 pieces
1= use full stops and paragraphs, so people aren't hit with a "wall of text". My eyes feel bashed around just thinking about it.
2= from the 48 laws "When asking for help, appeal to people's self-interests, never to their mercy or gratitude."
3=don't worry about spelling
"Forums are fun"
"walls of text aren't"

Hi harmony802005,
I am sorry to hear that you feel you have been miss-advised about the discount on the contract.
Ann S is correct when saying that the iPhone plans cannot be discounted in any way. I am sorry that this was not properly explained to you before you upgraded.
If you would like me to look at this in more detail, I will be more than happy to do so. You can email me via the address here with WRT135 FAO Heidi in the subject. If you could also include a link to your post and a contact number, I will get in touch.
Kind regards,
Heidi
