    Nope, well mine didn't anyway, the box was far to small and you can't fold CDs.
    Is it 2.3 you are having problems with.

    Can't find a link to download direct from samsung.

    Uninstall everything samsung - take backups if you have synced something to PC - install older version and see if you get anywhere. Its just a suggestion - worked for me but with a different phone - samsung tocco lite.

    Try turning the usb debugging mode on, plug it in and it will say it is not compatible in this mode. Then turn the debugging mode off and try again.
