Who has a stock pile

I live in a 3 bedroom flat; thankfully unlike most modern flats it has some decent storage; an airing cupboard that is a lot larger than it looks (I pulled out everything from there a couple of months ago to do a bit of organising and was shocked how many items there were!), and a floor and (almost) to ceiling larder cupboard in the kitchen, I could always do with more storage though-we are trying to do a homeswap and a couple of the ones that didn't work out I was imagining what I'd do with all the storage in those houses as the older style council and housing association properties tend to have 4-5 massive cupboards in various rooms of the house :rotfl:xx0

Anyone still using Dove anti deo from I think a couple of years ago? Was on offer and with coupon worked out 5p a can. I still have loads, best thing I've stocked up on in any great amount. Dont always have time these days to rush out and get an offer/glitch before its finished.“A budget is telling your money where to go instead of wondering where it went.” - Dave Ramsey0

I have a stockpile from all the body shop glitches last year. I thought I had a years supply of things but I am getting through it a lot slower than I thought so probably about two years worth. The other major one is toilet oll. I don't like paying more than 28p per oll for a decent, soft, no finger through the paper brand s we currently have about 100 rolls fom a coop and coupon deal.0

Mrs Badger is quite convinced I have 'a problem' in this area. A downstairs bathroom is packed full of toilet rolls, soap and toothpaste. The room next to it houses 'the museum of loose tea, tea bags and Waitrose pea and ham soup' (you never know when they might stop making it, or change the recipe, I argued).
Next door are the twenty or so boxes of Persil tablets which a local indie supermarket was selling-off cheap as the con-artists in the soap business frog-marched the public back to the very 'big box powders' they frog-marched us away from 10 years ago.
And on it goes... out of date (probably) cans of salmon to the right of you, Kitchen Roll Mountain to the left and if you look to the back of that room you can't actually get into, you will see Arthur Scargill memorial collection of cheap candles, and Camping Gaz canisters.
I keep telling her she'll be grateful if the Euro collapses and the banking system falls over...0 -
Coming to the end of my stash from last year DTD although still have some wine, and more recently free Campbell soup.
Missed out on the what would have been free Grape Juice (£2.49/£1.14) JTD less £1 each carton coupon less £5 conditional spend voucher.
Time to build up again.
Have an old fashioned cold pantry so plenty of room though had to re-inforce shelf supports. Pride of place on the pantry wall is a framed Tesco JTD voucher for 2p.0 -

Stockpile increasing with all the asda offers at the moment.
I have starting boxing some tinned and pack items and put them in the spare room.
But i keep the cleaning products and soap powder in the garage incase they spill.
Asda have fairy dishwasher tablets recduced to £2 at the moment so as well as being a good price they are procter and gamble you also get the olympic points swell
win win :j0 -
Our storage space seems to be filled with OH's DIY stuff which he collects but doesn't use much.

I had 7 x 500g tins of Khanum pure butter ghee without ethyl butyrate delivered yesterday from www.spicesofindia.co.uk and it's decorating the kitchen at the moment.
Also got a stash of Lactofree UHT milk because local Sainsbury's reduced it to 85p a carton (normally 1.26).
My mother has a utility room with fitted kitchen cupboards that are crammed full of pasta and French biscuits. I dread to think how out of date it all is.0 -
This is my fear of stockpiling food, that it would just get so far out of date it wouldn't be usable. I tend to buy large amounts of fabric softener and things when they are on offer but not years worth!
I bow down to you :T0 -
remember the t.e.s.c.o health and beauty leaflets, well i still have stuff left from the bulk buying with the vouchers...lol..
I buy loo rolls in bulk, when booker's have their bogof offer on packs of 24's
I have lost touch with coupon bashing since mr t stopped playing ball, but i really do need to get my stock piles up, so need to start looking out for true bargins to save some money..
oooo ye i do have about 40 plus tins of golden syrup on top of my kitchen wall cupboard from quite a few years ago ( when it worked out for free with coupons on top of the tin) but i never got round to using it, as i allways had to ask hubby to get me a tin as i couldnt reach it, so flip knows how out of date it is now, but it does look good up there....lol...Work to live= not live to work0
