Tesco Clubcard/Vouchers/Points/Deals - Post All Questions Here [merged]

Hi, I've quite recently started to shop online at Tesco and have so many points, how do I use these against a shop? I don't want vouchers etc, as I don't have a printer or shop instore. I'd just like the amount taken off at checkout.

You can't do that. Every 3 months they convert your points to vouchers which are either posted to you or emailed to you. You can choose whether you want post or email on line if you log into your clubcard account. You can either take the vouchers into the shop or use the code on them to have them taken off your online shopping bill. Or you can exchange for deals etc.

Hi everyone

Want to exchange my vouchers for goldsmiths and currently you get 3 x value. I know last November for a limited time they upped it to 4 x value.

Anyone heard if they are going to do it this year, don't want to exchange and then it goes up to 4 x value.

Does anyone have an inkling on whether they're going to go 4 x value again for Xmas on goldsmith vouchers at tesco? We are buying a watch and wondered if it's worth waiting. Website says delivery could be slow so just thinking about sorting out......

Its better value to use your vouchers on rewards or wait until they do the double up in store promotion as you could get twice as much freezer food by using them that way, great for christmas food shopping.

I've just looked at my clubcard account online, and apparently, the 800+ points that i earned in the last period have just been carried forward into the next! I didn't ask for this...i wanted the extra points for the xmas double up. They're also asking me to update my address...no idea why.

Who can i contact to sort this out?

Sorry, but what part of update your address didn't you understand!? Have you moved recently. Usually with what you describe - it means that the Royal Mail have returned post to Tesco, who then 'flag' as 'wrong address' = equals no vouchers but accumulating points.

Ring Tesco Clubcard, check the address (you may have amended it in 'my account' but that is just the home address for on-line orders; CC is via My Clubcard Account), and ask for a reissue in the reissue period - you may need to ring back mid-November.

I got 2000 points in my account now, and £6 of unused vouchers. Trying to get to £46 for the merlin pass.

I take it this is the right place to look for extra points/offers?!
