If the item is out of stock you can sign up to stock alerts online. If the item is still not back in stock by the 11th Sep when the excahnge finishes contact Clubcard Rewards on 0808 100 0707 option 2 who will be able to refund them for you.
Thanks, has anyone else managed to do this? The item I want has been out of stock a while, I signed up for email alerts some time ago. Tomorrow being the last chance to exchange I wasn't sure whether to risk it possibly not being back in stock by the 11th!0 -
Hi i don't know if it's already been posted but you can no longer return your unused and in date tokens for the points to be credited back to your account why are tesco doing this??
just thought i'd give everyone a heads up on this if they didnt already know0 -
I've been collecting clubcard vouchers especially to buy some Denby. Looking on the site it says that you can exchange £10 worth of vouchers for £20 worth of Denby. When you follow the link, you can't take advantage of the offer as it's no longer there. I phoned Tesco Rewards to find out what the problem was to be told it had been discontinued and that they would pass it on to their computer people that this link was still showing. Just looked again now and the error is still there. I feel misled as I've been collecting these points to use on this reward partner and checking that it was still there by using the first page only to find out now that I can no longer use them on what they are advertising!0

Are you referring to clubcard exchnage tokens or just everyday reward tokens?
I have tried to find this information on the exchange T & C and Q & A and couldn't.0 -

Sorry for the late reply but yes that is fine. As I said if the item is not back in by 11th as no fault of your own you can get the exchange codes refunded.0 -

That is correct. The reason for it being done is because a lot of the rewards are now emailed and we are unable to cancel these codes. They big heads want consisitancy with what we offer so all postal tokens will now be none refundable also.0 -

It refers to reward tokens although technically exchange codes are the same. However as they are only valid for a short amount of time if you call within 2 weeks of the excahnge finishing generally on a case by case basis they can be refunded.0 -

The reason that it was taken off the website a while back was because we were running a 3x offer with it. That has now finished so the 2x offer is back on the website and functional for you to take advantage of.0 -

No, promotional vouchers (unless they specifally say so) are for in-store use. That is the 'Petrol Filling Station (PFS) is not 'in-store'.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Hi allI have just received my tesco clubcard and registered online. I went to tesco last night andbused my tesco clubcard but just wondered how long it takes for points to show up online as it still says my points total is 0. Hope that makes sense.
