I have always used my tesco points for restaurants, mainly pizza express and prezzo. I have always had £10 vouchers in the post. This time I have been sent an e mail with codes for £20 vouchers and I have five codes on one e mail. Can I use the codes one at a time, I am not going to be having £100 meals, and is it still possible to have £10 vouchers as I find them more versatile. Thanks anyone who can advise.
You can definately use the codes one at a time. After you've used a code, you get an email stating one has been used & if any from that batch are still to be used.
With regards smaller denominations, the only way I know to do this is either to order in small batches, or order an odd amount (£30, £50 etc) to force one to be a £10.Now proud Mumto3 :j0 -

Thanks for that, so annoying but at least I know for next time, and I guess I have a good excuse for ordering a pud just to avoid wasting any money so not all bad.Sell £1500

Hi All,
I've justed Tesco points many times toward holidays. This time I am looking to convert them to Virgin airmiles, and have questions!
1 - can you use them for flights at anytime of year, or are there restrictions?
2 - how frequently do they have 'bonus' offers where you get more miles for your points?
3 - can they be used for any 'class' of flight - economy, PE, Upper class?
4 - are there any restrictions on how many points you can convert to miles?
I'd really appreciate if anyone can help me with this ... And anything else you think might be useful to know!
Thank you

Hi - can anyone tell me, do Tesco ever offer a multiple of the clubcard voucher's value when doing a normal shop in store? You can obviously always use them at their face value for your shopping, or get 4X the value on deals, but I half-remember they have in the past offered 2X value in-store?
The reason I ask is a cashback site lets me take payment in clubcard vouchers or cash. I'm going to spend it on decent single malt whisky and since my local Tesco has a reasonable selection, I thought I might take them as points and wait until they next do 2X - IF this ever happens! I don't mind waiting a couple of months, it's £50 so if I can double to £100 that's a lot of nice whisky0 -
d000hg:
On the one hand - you're right Tesco do promotions whereby the value (in multiples of £5.00) doubles - in certain departments.
This can be done either for 'in-store' or 'on-line'.
However, on the other hand - you target was Whiskey! Now the only such alcohol related such promotion that Tesco have had - has always been 'Finest' Wines & 'Finest' Champagne.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Noticed on the bottom of my receipt the other day:
www.tescoviews.com
25 free points for doing the survey and entry into a draw for £250.
I am not sure if it is "required" to hold a receipt/invite, but a store number is needed for the survey.0 -

In that case I might as well take it as cash and spend wherever has the best deal. Which is almost certainly Tesco! I'd rather buy from a specialist shop or online whisky seller, but even before postage they are generally at least as expensive as Tesco. And my local Tesco is massive and has quite a big selection even of single malts.0 -

I don't really know about Virgin but I convert all mine to Avios which is with BA. Suggest you 'g**gle' and have a look at their site together with the Mr T site and then can see which best.
DH and I are off for our hols in new year from Edinburgh to Morocco and then southern Spain, including returns, for points + £60 each (BA includes free baggage and complementary food and drink !! ) :j£10day.2014=3213/2015=3421/2016=3238/2017=2702/2018=498..APR=12.03/300

hi. not sure if i am in right place for this. today in Tesco they advertised in store salmon at 75% off. the original price was £20 per kg. the offer in store is 50% off but for an hour they advertised it at 75% off. when i went to buy it the price was £7.50 per kg. to me it should have been £5 per kg as 75% off of £20 is £5. after working it out i realized they had 50% off the original price then took the extra 25% off of that whih to me worked out at about 62.5% off. am i going mental or is that offer misleading and can they do it? i thought you could only have 1 offer on a product at a time?? very confused0
