Vouchers should arrive between 29th July and 12th Aug - assuming CC have your correct address!
Mine arrived on 10th August and included a "£2 off" voucher for spending £20 or more between 29th July and 18th August which I obviously wasn't able to use for a transaction on 7th August.
Tesco's Clubcard helpline suggest that my vouchers must have been delayed at least 12 days in the post.
Sorry Tesco - I just don't believe that - and a member of your staff doesn't appear to support you. This isn't some massive fraud, but I just hate people who make offers that they don't fulfil.
Edit: It would be interesting to know whether others received their vouchers by 29th July.".....where it is corrupt, purge it....."0 -
Thanks for that. I think you are probably right - but your bosses don't seem to agree!

So, your vouchers arrived between the due dates, and the additional conditional spend voucher was still valid for another week after they arrived.
They are not able to tell when specifically your vouchers were sent - apart from due to arrive anytime between those dates.
Also, you would have been able to see your vouchers & coupons on-line in MCA on the 29th.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
If you lost your clubcard and someone found the full number, is there anyway they could access your account?0

Had a bit of a nightmare and after some advice. If you order something on Tesco Direct (in this case, a video game pre-order) paid exclusively by Clubcard vouchers, then cancel the order (which is currently in the "sent to fulfilment" stage but the game isn't released for another month), will the clubcard vouchers be refunded/returned to the account?0

What do you mean by 'access'?
To change any details, they would need to know the right details first, in order for example to change the address.
You can't take points off the card, only put more on.
To get access on-line, you'd need the email address, & password, if registered; or if not full name, and postcode.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

To be sure check with 'Direct', but I'd expect points to be credited, not the voucher - its classed as being 'redeemed' via the order.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
did I imagine a recent communication from them that said Goldsmiths (& some others) would be back up to 4x value ? Wondering when that was from (assuming I didn't dream it!) - still showing 3x on website!
Answer my own question: the advertising has a pretty small "up to" below the big numbers suggesting £5 would give £20 in vouchers....
so the 3x remains the case......
Now whilst I *love* the Clubcard scheme, I find that advertising a little irksome.
hey ho: must'nt grumble!!Plan for tomorrow, enjoy today!0 -
Not sure I really knew
, but you've answered my question!
Effectively nothing "bad" can happen.
Good can happen to, e.g. if you've lost you keys with a CC fob attached, provided CC have your 'phone no you may get a call.
Not that is from who found it, keys must be handed in to a Tesco store or Police station.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
When does the current Clubcard Exchange end (or whatever it's called now)?
Got a couple of laundry items I could do with and have a few vouchers to use.
Thanks.0
