The FAQs seem pretty clearcut on this :-
"I have found some expired vouchers in a drawer, can I still use them?
Vouchers are valid for 2 years. Unfortunately after this time you will not be able to use them."0 -

Is there anyway or anywhere that I can still use them or at least redeem a little of the value back? Am so gutted I could cry.
1 - you will not see them on-line,
2 - give them a ring, it can vary - some will some won't! But the were two sets of vouchers sent with Feb '12 on - one set in Dec '09, and the other in Feb '10. The first one is No, whilst second and March is one can but ask!!
3 - don't worry there are some people who expect vouchers dated Feb or Aug '11 to be done - no way Jose!!I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
Hi
I have two questions thanks in advance for replying:
1. If I sign up for eCoupons can I still print vouchers for in-store use?
2. Can I somehow recover clubcard points from receipts that says "you could have earned xx clubcard points" and have barcode below?0 -

A:1 eCoupons means two things, firstly the promotional vouchers for certain products - these are to use when you do your GHS, they will not have a barcode on and can not be used in-store; secondly often when opted for eCoupons you won't get your CC cash vouchers by post, but receive an email reminder to see them on-line (MCA) - these you can print for use in-store or use the codes on-line.
A:2 CSD at Tesco will points on your CC up to 14 days of receipt, or CC headoffice at Dundee will put them on up to 28 days old (if you it for warranty/guarrantee send a copy), you can't do-it-yourself on-line.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
1. I can't find a definitive list of statement and cutoff dates for each statement online anywhere - is it listed on the tesco website?
2. I want to set up the "auto opt in" to virgin miles so I get the 1000 virgin miles bonus. I have £1.50 of vouchers to use, plus 561 points from the current period.. what will happen when I auto opt in?
It says it will convert all current and future vouchers, so will my £1.50 voucher be converted instantly to miles or does it need £2.50 min?
Then after the next statement, do I get 561 points converted to miles, or £5 of vouchers converted?0 -

If you look in 'my clubcard account' - look uned 'points', then Current, May Summary & Feb Summar - it will give the collection periods.
Please note the current collection period ends on the 21st July, so if you amend your preferences before the end of that date, you will get the amount converted that you would have got in vouchers i.e 561 pts = £5.50. It will not change any previous ones - you got ring up and get them converted back to points - but you'll need to do that Friday - Saturday'll be too late.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
I complained about some tough Tesco organic steaks and have received a Tesco moneycard in the post today. Er, what is it and how do I use it, as the letter doesn't give any instructions TIA.0

I would imagine in the letter it states the value on the moneycard? Hence, when you are at the till in Tesco, you can either reduce the value on the card by many small transactions, or use it all in one go in one transaction - with maybe extra money on top.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
