if i remember correctly the baby was born around the time of my trip to york, so about the 20th of feb, making it about 4 or 5 weeks old.
i#ve told my mum to put family differences aside (between me and that whole family) to pass on my condolences, not living at home i won't be at the funeral when it's held.0 -
Well i guess that will be a huge hug for them from me. I am so sorry. And i do know how they feel. I had a miscarriage years ago. and lynsayjane. We do have friends, just cos we cant touch each other physically does not mean we dont have someone to turn to. Look at us. IO staryed this thread off cos i needed a hug as i was feeling like !!!!!!. And see how many have come together to offer support. That is worth a fortune. It is precious. If this site wee not here most of us would be sat fretting on our own. Not knowing which way to turn, And feeling stupid feelings.. Dont reallywant to go down that road. Think about it. Debt does not just affect our spending power. It breaks up families, Relationships. Can lose our jobs. Oh god all sorts. So yes i know ths forum is about working to be debt free, But lets not forget the people in our lives are far more important. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxNight Owl Member No 1 :rotfl: :rotfl:

I know exactly what you mean, if this site were not here then I'd be none the wiser about my debts and probably have doubled my debt in the past six months rather than halved it. I didn't have an lbm till I started posting on here after seeing martin on tv about bank charges and did not care about my debts, most people had credit cards so it can't be a bad thing can it :rotfl:
Being honest this site is a lifeline for me now, I seem to have lost so many 'friends' recently, I'm not even sure why, and if I didn't have this site to vent my hurt/anger/pain on then I'm not sure what kind of mess I'd be in. but the important part is I DO have you all, and you guys got me (like it or not your stuck with me
) and I know I can cope with anything this big bad world chucks at me while I do. I've made a few really close friends on this site and have plans to meet up with them at some point, one on the other side of the world!!!
you are all amazing so :T :T :T here's to the dfw's!!!0 -
I feel the same way. Debt is not just abouit money. Beggar. have put some false nails on and they are doing my tree in with the key board. Its not that a cant spell honestly. Its strange since i admitted to my debts to my close friends and have put a hold on going out and spending on beer etc they have suddenly gone to ground. I told them if i could not pay my debts or bills then i could not go out. Its no good complaining being in debt when you are seen out on the raz all the time. It just does not wash. maybe i am being silly. But that is just me.Night Owl Member No 1 :rotfl: :rotfl:

erm I have a terrible reputation for being out on the razz while trying to clear my debts, but then a big night out for me is when I don't come home with change from £20. for this month I budgetted £40 of going out money. I don't see that being a bad amount when it saves me going insane, basically it means I'm out every second saturday. since I'm only 25 and only 2k in debt I happily allow nights out in exchange for a slightly delayed dfd (all debt on 0%).
right I think we need to turn this into a happy party thread, got half a chinese sat here and I naughtily went into the coop and got a bottle of orangeade for with my malibu, two tubs of pringles (for £2) and two bags of tangfastic sour mix (£1.15, bogof). who wants a drink???0 -
[who wants a drink???[/QUOTE]
blige I'm on my way already. I'm on a money saving campaign this month, does it count if you get someone else to buy the vino? :rotfl:I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off
