lol I never noticed those star thingys til now
But of course, I should have thought of bugdeting for a little something, at least on a Friday night! I was dying for a chinese tonight but I knew I had a frozen pizza in the freezer, and that's kind of a treat as I have been eating this low Gi crap for 2 weeks

now that would be cool len, but I am already a star myself! I've had a strange obsession with them for a few years now, I actually have a chain that replaced my cross last year and it's two stars on it, broke my heart one day when I lost it, thankfully found it in my bed! My somewhat drunk sister called me last saturday and spent ten minutes going on about what a star I was and how good ti was to see me shine....insanity does run in my family btw! :rotfl:0 -

1-fdon't worry about the typing, half the time I don't even bother to look at what I type or fuss about with capitols etc
2-don't do the gi diet thing or any other diet that restricts one food source, it's not good for you and any weight you lose will be put back on once you stop following the diet, and there are terrible health consequences if you stick to it long term. instead try for a well balanced diet of abut 4-5 small meals spaced evenly throughout the day, cut down on fat, but not totally, choose brown bread/rice/pasta instead of white and ensure to take protein shortly after a workout or exercise. also allow yourself one day to be treated, ie have a bag of crisps/chocolate and eat a dinner thats not 100% good but that you long for, ie pizza0 -

sorry if that was a rant about diets, I work for a gym (am sure folk on here are sick of hearing it) and get a lot of good advice about these kind of things. it's helped me a lot and I love passing it on to try and help others. As previously said, when times are tough for yourself it's nice to be able to help others.0 -
