speaking of which, spoke to that friend on monday that ran off a few weeks ago, she's loving it, developing a fetish for her instructors and telling me I shoudl sign up. after this past few weeks I'm sorely tempted...but I'd only shout back at the instructors when they tell me to do things, spent all day doing it to my boss!

Oh wow of course, I forgot all about her. She cant have long to go before she passes out. Are you going down to it?

it's quite sweet so I don't think I could drink too much of it, but it's very similar to orangina if you remember that stuff?? fizzyorange pop, think it's still sold in spain and places. can't drink red bull though, it gives me tummy cramps.

my normal is peach schnapps and lemonade but i did smoothie type cocktails a few weeks ago so it's the leftover booze from that.

Eat less exercise more. I agree with Lyns about diets, but i tried the Atkins induction diet for 2 weeks and the weight dropped off me.

did it stay off long term though?

iirc thats a wheat free one? those are really bad, all the weight you lose is water which you put back on when you start eating wheat again, your not losing fat at all.

Nope, but stayed off longer! In Jun 05, I was 86kg. Now Ive always been fit but it was clear I was well overweight. Now when we disappear on Patrol, I cut out the sweets and bread. I drink stacks of water and I do Phys everyday for 3 months - this phys will consist of a fat burning run one day, slightly faster the next day and a fat burning run the next. Also abs and press ups are chucked in as well. Anyway, back then I came back 73kg, so I had lost 13 Kgs. I eat 2 meals a day generally breakfast and if my 2nd meal is dinner I will have a duff as well. ANyway with Jack being born and xmas and the like I am 81Kgs at the mo. I can guarantee I will lose this and I am hoping to go sub 70KGs this time.

Shake the bottle, wake the drink!!

    I quite like sweet stuff

I had some cassis left over from x mas, have been mixing that in with cheap fizz to make mock kir royal type things

The OH has done amazngly well on Literlife, no way I could manage that, and I don't have that much to lose
I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off :o
