"Wear and tear" in a rental property

I think it's probably better if you stay on topic?
It might be me, but there's the slight hint of a threat there

I dont want to go on about it, I'm just getting fed up of EVERY single thread I post on, it gets hijacked by people insulting me in reference to another thread from weeks ago. Scroll back to the beginning of this thread, it is completely a different topic, I iinvited no speculation or insults, yet people feel the need to keep on attacking and they dont even know me. Apparently they are more qualified to state what I shouldn be able to claim than the authorities who awarded it, and they know more about my disabled needs than my consultant or me for that matter.
Not arguing, just dont see much point in contributing on this forum if people make it their life objective to attack my comments repeatedly0 -
Why don't you delete your last couple of posts and I'll take mine out too? You're inviting people to come and take a pop at you if you're going to start talking about the things that made people angry with you?Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

What difference does it make, people are going to do it anyway regardless of what board Im on or what topic I'm writing about.
Best just to get back on topic. This new scheme for deposits, is it just for new tenants after April or would a Landlord have to send the deposit of someone who'd already been renting for a while??0 -
If a new agreement is signed after the magic date then the deposit needs to be held under the new scheme.
My current tenancy ends on 6th April, so if I sign a new agreement rather than let the exiting one roll over, I should be checking where it's gone.
I think!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

of course...I presume you think it is different when you are insulting others here calling them "thickos`s" ! i think the majority of the "thickos" you are talking about were actually very astute..had read your posts very carefully and made their own judgements...based solely on your own confessions.
sorry to be off topic. :rolleyes:I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes

Doozergirl - I thought so. Did you know that if you sign after this date and then check to see if deposits been sent and it hasn't, apparently they fine and Landlord and the tenant gets the fine money, or so I've heard?!0

Sarahlouise if you dont mind I really dont want to go down this road again, I was really ill last time and I just don't want it again. My comment was following provocation, I didn;t start the insults, but just let it drop0

I just dont want to be attacked on threads that are on about something completely different such as this one. These was no need to hijack this thread and make it about the other one, this one is about "wear and tear" thats all I'm saying. Time and a place. Case closed.0
