Oh shucks i guess that alleged bully is me then! because it was me who posted the part about her mother being an alleged lawyer, with x amount of properties who didn't know where she stood on wear and tear.

I hope you don't treat all newcomers to this board the same way you have treated me certainly isn't very mse style now is it.

I give allowances for newcomers, but I honestly did not look to see if you were one or not, but I originally posted a open message to everyone with a problem to "Take it outside" I have only critisized individual off-topic posts way after I asked for calm.
Newcomers can be given allowances, yes, but when they repeatedly continue to post remarks not worthy of this(Or any) forum, they deserve to be made aware of their errors.

Read all your posts in this thread and see if they fit your description of 'mse style'.

Sigh. I only come on these boards on the odd occasion when I decide to pull my socks up and get my finances in order. Against my better judgment however I find myself compelled to get more involved in this thread.

I do not know the OP from Adam, but what I do know is that she is being bullied here and I find this unacceptable. Is she a benefits fraud? Who knows? Report it and let the authorities decide! Who are some of you to pass judgment!
Why is it your mission to single me out on my comments regarding the OP ...

I have not singled you out. Read my post again - I responded to the comments you made about me, not about the OP.
If you want to continue to quote me as the bad guy in this then please take it to PM.

I am sorry but I have no desire to discourse further with you. Your posts are little short of rants and do not reveal you to be someone with whom I can have a rational discussion.

Now, please don’t drag me back here, I have work to do!
No reliance should be placed on the above.

    OK Thanks for that.
What about DHSS fraud? Do you know the rules for that? Just out of curiosity?

To those that have only just learned that they could actually report alleged benefit fraud to the authorities instead of acting out their frustrations on MSE, the DHSS is no more(Correct me if i'm wrong, I can't be bothered to check). The DHSS became the DSS and then the DWP some years ago.

I am not bullying, just pointing out glaringly obvious inconsistencies that I hope my cyber friends will use to read through each post and shout "liar" from the rooftops(Of course it could be a genuine mistake?).

sigh..also... I do not wish to discourse with you either! How you can report someone who you only have a username for is beyond me - if you look at the online form they want a great deal of information. The following is just one of many comments by Miss K that made us reach the conclusions we did...I am not sure how to quote previous posts...so this this is Miss k...
    .......................................................................................................

Quote :-"Yes I had scans, they didn't show anything abnormal! My DLA is based purely on my visiting the doctor every few months saying I'm passing out and getting palpitations. The consultant doesn't have a clue whats up, but couldn't possibly infer that I'm faking symptoms just because he can't diagnose anything. Anybody could do it, in fact if they ever manage to cure my heart problem which is genuine, I will still say symptoms are there or I'll lose around £500 a month - thats my mortgage plus some more.

And the running up and down the stairs worked for me :rotfl: It made the heart monitor show sudden rise in heart rate.

Please dont be so naieve, I only know one person in receipt of DLA that is 100% deserving and thats my uncle who broke his neck and cannot move one single part of his body." End of Quote
    .......................................................................................................

I am more than capable of a rational conversation, I do not believe I have been ranting...but would forgive myself if I have. OK..I dont know why I let myself be dragged in again - I am guilty of being foolish, but not of being a bully as I have only spoken the truth as Miss K has told it herself ..and I have not been talking directly to Miss k -
I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes ;)
