    OK Thanks for that.
What about DHSS fraud? Do you know the rules for that? Just out of curiosity?

I believe most of us do, do your civic duty and report it to the relevant authorities.

  • This threads about tenant wear and tear though.

You are right ...but it is surely only human nature to remember ither comments made by the OP that just do not add up. At one point she said her mother had 38 properties ...now surely she knows about wear and tear by now! Mother has a law degree. The discussion really became a bit heated as expecting the tenant to pay for the the wear and tear was really quite unreasonable - which is consistent with other Miss K threads. The thread was actually started by Miss K ..is it unreasonable to remember previous posts and think that maybe things dont add up and that she knows about wear and tear..that she knew there would be a baby, that the tenant was her friend (later referred to as living like pigs:eek: ) ....that yet again she is just trying to get something for nothing and get someone else to pay ??? Sometimes threads do diverse..but are still related in some way to the original post. It was Miss K herself that brought the au pair thread into this.
I have had brain surgery - sorry if I am a little confused sometimes ;)

I know, the OP asked for it.

Bullies rarely see wrong in what they are doing, they tend to be of similar mind and 'thank' each other for posting off topic and offensive posts.

I must admit that I didn't know that you didn't mention that you had been to see and assess the OP's condition and lack of a disability. It is something you should have informed us of earlier.

I do not need to visit her and assess her disability ..she openly admitted that all she has to do is visit her doctor every few months...pretend to collapse in a busy shopping centre every now and again...the list goes on and on and on. If you had read her posts then you would not need to be informed.
It is totally unvbelievable that is seems to be more pallatable to admit these things...than to challenge them !
I am not a bully, I do not feel any post has been offensive..just factual based on information supplied by Miss K herself - othewise how would we know  Some of us have REAL problems .... I would rather be seen as offensive when telling the truth than coming across as innocent while openly admitting how to abuse the system.
Obviously YOU have made that visit and assessed that the disability is genuine (even though no doctor or consultant has ever found a reason for it!) ..perhaps it was while she was driving 400 miles in between blackouts...
I have only ever commented on Miss Ks own admissions - please do noy harrass ME any longer ..I am just an innocent party willing to challenge someone who thinks they are untouchable (in fact they are as she has thought of everything)

……After much consideration, It's occured to me what's going on here. I think psychologists call in deindividuation - it's the out of character things people do under the cover of anonymity. Think people get a buzz from picking on someone when there are no comebacks on them, sat in their home with no one knowing who they are…….

    Nail. The. Head. On.

If some of you are so sure the OP is a benefits cheat then may I suggest that rather than set yourselves up as the Forum Police you simply go here:

    http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/MoneyTaxAndBenefits/BenefitsTaxCreditsAndOtherSupport/BenefitFraud/DG_10014876

If you do not have enough to trigger an investigation then you really have no cause to be making what are very serious allegations on this board.
I had written a long reply ..but decided against posting it - it is futile. Yes..you are new to the forums ...maybe if you had been around a bit longer then you may also be outraged if you knew the truth.

Was it really necessary to be so condecending?
please do not say it is something Martin should be ashamed of:eek: ..it certainly is not down to him!

This is his Forum. The fact that he allows these bully boy tactics to hound people off the board is irresponsible.
No reliance should be placed on the above.

I will not noy(annoy?) or harass you, as I said I want to keep this thread off topic so that it gets moved/locked/deleted.

I do realise some of you have REAL problems, it is quite evident.

Oops, sorry, I forgot to add that I am not a qualified occupational therapist, so I did not go to assess the OP.
It is possible that the OP could say that she claims for things that she is not entitled to just to wind people up, that's why diagnosis over the internet is not yet performed by occupational therapists. It would seem you could learn from their expertise?
Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.
  • 1...it would be pointless as we do not know where she lives and more relevant, she has made her claim watertight as it cannot be proven she is claiming fraudulently.
2..I was not being condescending - if you had read what we have then you would have seen her open admissions.
3....it is not bully boy tactics to hound people off the forum - it is response to posts made on this forum.
Are you trying to hound me off the forum .... is what you are saying bullying??
Why is it your mission to single me out on my comments regarding the OP ...I am sure she will appreciate your loyalty to someone that YOU know nothing about either.
In this virtual world we can only ever believe what we read - what we have read makes disturbing reading. If you want to continue to quote me as the bad guy in this then please take it to PM.

Because some of us dare challange where OUR money goes we are being attacked & insulted especially sarahlouise210.

100% its crazy that its more acceptable to admit "working" (& I use the term loosely) they system, than to dare challange those doing so.

Edited to say I put the bit in about sarahlouise210 being singled out BEFORE I read her post above.

The OP may have used the words Au pair first in this thread, but it was alluded to many times before she took the bait and felt the need to defend herself from further bullying. It was one of the alleged bullies from the other thread who started pasting the OP's comments from another thread onto this one to carry it on here.
