3 Mobile Monthly Bill INCREASES!!
Hi everyone,
This morning I received an e-mail from 3 Mobile informing me that they have "raised our prices by 3.6%, in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate published on 17 April 2012." My monthly bill is now £36.25 up from £35.
Now I know that this is a nominal amount BUT it seems unfair that they can increase my monthly bill after I signed the contract back in December 2011 agreeing to a £35 per month contract! What's the point of signing a contract agreeing for a set of services in exchange for a price if that price can be changed!?!?
Is there anything I can do about this?? Can I exit my contract early? I think I should be able to!!!
any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
