I wouldn't lean too heavily on the stolen part in your dispute, as I really don't know who the phone should legally belong to now.
There was a case on here a while ago of someone unknowingly buying a stolen laptop, I can't remember what actually happened in the end.
Keep an eye on the dispute & make sure you respond as soon as it tells you, so that it can't time oput & close against you.0 -
