    Exactly, it's nothing to do with the revenue generated by the company/people behind the website, it's an estimation of the website/domain itself. Ultimately it's worth what someone is willing to pay for it (which of course isn't the same as buying the actual company, eg although buying coca-cola.com will cost a lot it won't be anywhere near as much as buying the company).

    ad one come out at $3,494, another at $7,018, another at $992 and finally an $82 - interesting, but I do not really rate appraisal services, especially automated ones.

    Let's just believe the estimates are correct for the big ones & we'll have a better day!! :beer:

    obviously... but by default the domain is worth more by its association with the company.
