Granted I always found that it was a bit of a nonsense that uni exams were also a test of facility and wrist agility but that's the way it is, tho surprising it still is. Finals, it's like athletics and hitting top form around that time, so as well as studying phil should be organising mind about how he would organise exam reply, I guess his essays are practice, I gave some advice about how to work up a speed in study earlier. I see he's letting himself listen to that other phil diablotin.gif he's been warned about, who's trying to make him fail by making him provide excuses for failure ahead of it, once again this rubbish about wrong course, what more can I say about that than I have already:confused:? he CANNOT AFFORD any more of this, treat course and exams as game, challenge, whatever it takes.
Sorry my posts so long - not time write shorter ones.

E.g. what is incomprehensible about that question about Marxism you told us about a week or 2 ago and what marks did you get for it?

I tend to spend about 10 minutes at the start of exams reading over the questions and planning my answers. Like you I look out of the corner of my eye and see pens wagging at 150 words per minute.

Some hints for exams, do NOT stay up all through the night revising. And I mean not sleeping whatsoever. I have done this twice, due to poor revision planning on my part, and drank lots and lots of red bull in the morning. Didn't do too bad in the exams but felt like crap during and after.

I am doing the best I can to survive at a place I do not fit in and I am not suited to. I am suffering for my bad choices and all I can do is survive that suffering.

Meanwhile people in Africa starve to death every minute, they wash in open sewers in India, thousands of children are orphaned because of AIDS, the Middle East is still in crisis, the people caught in the tsunami are still trying to rebuild their lives ... I've never ever encountered anyone who moans as much as you do with all the opportunities you've had - it's pathetic, it really is. They should never have let you into university.

There is something else you can do - stop posting about it all the time on here. People are sick of it. Go and do some work - you've got Finals coming up.
I am not stubborn. I am merely correct.

Should we really tell you? I am not sure we do you any good by telling you, we might feed your line of thought I am in a bad way now, it is all due to mistakes of the past and therefore nothing to be done about it. If you read this site you discover lots of ppl telling of huge mistakes, not everyone but the rest of them are not telling, that’s all, and they are in practice working on the basis that the rest of their lives begins today.

(There are at least 2 positive things you mention so hopefully you are not lost yet.)

Only mistake I have made that I can see is picking this degree and so I might have thrown my education away and any chances I might have had in life with that.

That seems to be my only potential error.

I just have to control that feeling the best I can and just try to get on with life.

I am not sure if my life has no future and all my success is in the past, maybe it is, but I hope and doubt it is not.

Well, if you keep up this attitude then I certainly wouldn't employ you!

Who can blame you? I hardly sound wonderful.
