Programs like these make you appericate how blessed you are when in good health thus we should do our best to assist and pray for those who dont have the same good health

I've been watching this every week and I've cried at every episode. After having a baby at 27 weeks gestation and spending just over 13 weeks in hospital I really relate to what these parents are going through. Being told your child might not survive the next hour is like having your heart ripped out, I can't imagine the pain of losing a child. Me and my husband had 6 separate episodes where we were told to expect the worst and that our baby might not survive.

I'll never forget the baby boy in the Incubator next to us, he was born at 29 weeks but had severe complications, he passed away when his Mum and Dad had popped into town. I'll never forget hearing the Mum cry when the Doctors told her, she was in the Doctors office and I could hear her through 2 walls, that sound will stay with me forever.

I'll never said a bad work about the NHS, if my Daughter was born in a Country where there aren't such fantastic facilities she wouldn't be here today.

When we were watching the programme last night my husband said to me would I want to have a child if I knew there was a chance I could pass on a bad gene or a disability and I know I wouldn't. If the Doctor said to me that if I had another baby it would probably be born very early and sick again, I would decide not to have any more children. Spending 13 weeks in hospital is difficult enough, I don't know how I would manage to do that again and care for my Daughter as well.
