    With me or at me?

I don't feel the need to pay the itax not caring what others think of me but it does amuse me that some leave the sent from my i-device footnote on their messages.

I definitely like the sound of that. Perhaps we should get a room?

Welcome back Wageslave! So long since we have seen you. So sorry to hear about the girls and I know what it is like to have a breakdown although I was never completely sane in the first place.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Wageslave, it is so great to have you back on the thread - I've missed you - but I'm gutted to hear about your girls. I wish there was something I could do so that you could wake up from your nightmare, but I'm just pixels. I care, though.

Morag, I feel as lir does that the idea of our not remembering you is ludicrous. Come back any time and you'll find a warm welcome from newbies as well as those of us who remember you.

Dave - hope things are going well. Do keep dropping in when you can, and we'll look forward to seeing more of you when things slow down for the winter.

I am excited about DS tonight. He volunteered to help with the school open evening tonight - not usual for my "doesn't join in with anything" boy - and enjoyed it. Even better, on the way home he told me he feels more popular at his new school than at his old one, and likes feeling that lots of people know him. :)
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
    :)
