It's a beautiful crisp and sunny morning here. Time to get the scrapers out for the winter though, it's the first frost of the season.
I wish I wasn't going to work. It's lovely out. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Gen, blow that whistle.
I am having a simialr dilemma. Friend whose marriage has broken down was in army accom to which her ex is no longer entitled to but is still in, because he obviously has not told the army (he is also going for shared custody yet has never had 24 hours alone with his child ever, now on his days he gets his mum to come and help). I feel cross that he is living in a house which costa the tax payer more than mess (its a four bedroom house) and if he were not army it would seem to me the straightforward equivalent would be housing benefit fraud. But if i make a complaint he will assume its his ex, putting a woman already carrying to much strain under more.0 -
Hmmmm.
Difficult test because no windows in the room yet, but it was a still day and we decided to see if there is much draw on the new fireplace, and the answer seems to be no0 -
I didn't read the artical but the blonde was pretty hotA question for the nps about whistleblowing.
My ex-employer doesn't have a 'client money' policy in place, that is to say that it mixes up their money with their clients' money. That means that if they go bust their clients could lose all their money.
Should I go to the regulator about this? I think I should.
Depends.
Do you harbour any bitterness or ill feeling towards your ex employer?
If you don't then I would say no for the following reasons...- It's none of your business/ why get involved.
- Reprisals and bad feeling.
- What goes around comes around.
Just why get involved if it's not your fight. They or their clients wont thank you so it's a lose lose situation.0 -

It COULD very well be gen's business if its found out later and Gen is one of the people who could have flagged it up and did not.
Reprisals and bad feeling? Yes, i give that one. Its a symptom of humanity, and magnified now, that this happens, where as really it should be seen as regretable that he was put in this position.
Fwiw, i like good samaritan laws too.0 -

I think I would. If you were an approved person in the UK and you knew that, and you did not report it, you would be in breach of APER4.0 -

I hope she has a wonderful time at uni, and that watching her blossom into an adult makes it up to you and your wife for not having her with you at home.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -
