I've never had spinach.... don't really fancy trying it, unless I was somewhere at some random meal and somebody had some on their plate and I was offered a pea-sized bit to taste.0 -

It grows in soil.
My suggestion would be to taste baby spinach first. It has a mild taste, milder than cabbage. Its not so different to a soft summer lettuce. Cooked spinach has a slightly stronger greener taste (but imo nice). I love creamed spinach with nutmeg. It tastes wicked but green all at the same time.0 -
Must not try and take things personally on forums, after all people don't know me right? :-/
Does anyone have any forum etiquette rules they would like to share? I am a novice when it comes to the use of forums but in my short experience it can seem like people can be very snidey to one another, especially if you were silly enough to write a post or two in the marriage and family section. Lesson well and truely learnt!

Well, hmm. We all get stuff wrong, you will get used to it.
If you say something remember some people will remember it, so perhaps daying what you mean is really important so you can stand by it comfortably or later say you have changed your mind. I o knowing when to admit you are wrong helps too. Whether its a fact, or a stance taken or a poorly phrased post. Being polite really helps, and not rising to bait or the lack f manners in others.
I post in the marriage section. Its ok, a bit snipey. Something guarantee a bun fight though.0 -

I didn't go today. 45 min call with boss = gym time
Although my gym is pretty spartan. I pay less for gym than I do for parking at work :rotfl:0 -
I like spinach but whenever I have it, it leaks green water all over my plate and makes everything else wet, which I find annoying.0

Did you drain it properly first, as in leave it to sit in the colander for a bit?8k in 2015 Challenge ( #167)0
