PN you know about dodgy websites ( ;) ) Would you buy from these guys factorprices.com?

About as dodgy as you can get as far as I can see. No physical address or telephone number shown on the website. But the real clincher for me is that the website shows the company name as Factor Prices Ltd, but Companieshouse has no company registered under that name.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Haha, now their is a person who wears sparkley eyeshadow with their loose comfortable clothing.

I wish i could wear pjs. I got into my pjs at about lunch time today:o! Having changed from, um, loose comfortable clothing.

Do you think i can wear something else then? I was wondering if i can wear a sun dress. I thought i had to be metal free, but in actual fact its juust my head so i don't think it matters. I could possible even wear jeans and a top...do you think that counts as loose comfortable clothing?

S.75 is about misleading info being given to Companies House, AFAICS.

If the company does not exist, it is difficult to see what the website is for other than fraud, plain and simple. You could notify the Police, if you are feeling public-spirited. Maybe, there's an innocent explanation?

BTW, I need lots of Dulux Trade emulsion (colours, not white). Where's the best/cheapest place to get it?

I think (from earlier googling) that you're not supposed to have metal things in the scanner room (not just within the scanner)? I might be making that up though...

I am living in old t-shirts, jogging bottoms and hoodies. If I have to leave the house I put a slightly less holey hoodie and some jeans on. If I can get away with it (ie I'm just going for a walk and don't need to take hoodie off, the old t-shirt stays on. I'm going to struggle when I have to dress properly again :rotfl:

I'd say so, especially if they're not going below the neck, but no PJs ;) (see story pic)

Now you've said that, I am reminded of a story from the news about a year ago.... some nurse took a patient into the scanner room and the big fat magnet in the scanner sucked the wheelchair into its belly .... and it cost a FORTUNE.

So I think it's that all metal is immediately extracted from anywhere in the room and sucked into the bowels of the machine.

Best not wear jeans then ... metal zipper.

    Here's the story: http://www.google.co.uk/#hl=en&output=search&sclient=psy-ab&q=wheelchair+scanner+mri&oq=wheelchair+scanner+mri&gs_l=hp.3..0i8.727.6039.1.6302.22.20.0.2.2.1.429.3976.7j5j2j3j3.20.0...0.0...1c.ETLQnlgnmvk&psj=1&bav=on.2,or.r_gc.r_pw.r_qf.,cf.osb&fp=53516449ec706352&biw=1018&bih=633

I had a friend, long ago, who was just embarking on a PhD in NMR - ie using the same technique as MRI but to do science on stuff rather than to scan people - and then got injured in a road accident and had to have her pelvis plated back together. After that she couldn't go anywhere near the room where the machine was located...
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
    :)

Anyway ..... in my universe.... I think I just "got suited". Just been to see a flat and found myself being accepted/liked and offered it .... so I will get a call tomorrow.

LOVELY woman... VERY well connected locally ... runs her own handbag business .... all online of course. She's clearly a mover/shaker type, this isn't some chav numpty flogging a few old bags at £9.99 each at all. This is top drawer stuff.

Place has a few shortcomings, which I can overlook as it has location, location, location .... and a certain panache by association of saying one lives there.

Lovely room, en-suite (bath!!), huge grounds, almost direct beachio access :)

It's all looking rather splended all round.

Anyway, small detail (hence call tomorrow) of me having to leave here a month before that place is available.... so there's more water to go under several bridges that I need to wade through yet.
