Fried bread - bleurgh! Where's that vomit smiley again?
Love having a cooked breakfast - the only type of breakfast I'll eat!
When will this terrible weather end? It is July for crying out loud! It isn't even decent enough to go on a nice day out anywhere, & the immense volumes of rain mean that nice places will be sodden!:mad:It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
In an urgency to secure the best price I could here... there's limited parking. First come/first served and all that.... so this morning I cleared my car of more of my important stuff (papers, bank stuff etc), so I can go out and about and if I return and there's no spaces I won't fret and/or have to lug all that stuff here at short notice, a long way, in the rain. There's on road parking in the road, but as most people's drives span the width of their plot (each accommodating 5 spaces), it means there's short offerings... although in the first instance I'd probably park right outside, blocking 2 into this driveway ..... because it might turn out they weren't planning on going out all week anyway.0

If you're in a new town, it's raining, you're not a shopper, are not eating food, not spending money needlessly (e.g. museums, attractions) ..... there's nothing to do really
Thank goodness for the Internet.0 -

I don't think anybody could reasonably mistake a Munchy Box for a snack (unless you were a sumo wrestler in training).
Fried Bread :T Grease and starch but lovely flavour and texture. Must be at least slightly healthier than directly injecting cookeen into one's arteries.;)
Speaking of Scottish delicacies, does anyone hear from all the sss's?There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -
Nice photos!
The torch is coming to the town I work in next Tuesday, so will probably go and have a look.
I went a bit button pressing crazy....got about 30 photos of the event! Good thing the torch thing was yesterday and not today, rain, rain and more rain.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
I need something I didn't know existed until ... 2 minutes ago. A brow brush.... it seems I've gone grey on one half of one of them..... looks most bizarre.0

Because of thyroid issues my eyebrows have fallen out on the outsides, it looks mildly comical. I have to draw eyebrows on everyday. Annoyingly, you still get the occasional straggler though.

My mum's went very feint... So she got semi-permanent tattoos (sounds funny calling them tattoos!). They are brilliant, you can't really tell unless you know.0
