i accidentally fried the salad bar on the windowsill. the weather has been rubbish but it has been warm.

I only get flowers from dh early in the year. I love those bright bunches of anemonies, either in single coplours or mixed. They really make me smile. He is confident i will love them. I can be a bit picky and i don't much like surprises.

Isn't it funny how one comment can elicit so many completely different thoughts? When I read Stevie's comment, it also felt like a scary blue head moment:eek:. Though I was thinking "how much would Al Qaeda love that?"

There's a Sainsburys where the storage is... so I'd probably check that one out at some point.

I can't really look at food as I don't actually have free rein/a kitchen etc.... although it's everywhere isn't it

A smaller army might be good .... stops us sticking our noses into other people's (oil) business. Let's face it ... we're not going round the world righting wrongs, fights are being picked for selfish reasons... and sometimes the army've ended up fighting an army that we were supplying a couple of years before.

It's nuts.

I got some mirrored chrome ones from the charity shop, 12 for a fiver. The shop was right next to the cafe we own, and I'm often in there for clothes now, as I'd rather ruin a £4 shirt than an £85 shirt when cabbing/rolling around on a studio floor.

A lot of the stuff in there is designer (but won't say the name due to the info above, as I don't want to be accused of advertising)

Oooohh, sound and light show from the Shard will start in about 5 minutes. Would like to have gone to watch but have to be up early in morning, so will have to make do with watching on TV and switching living room light off.
