You might find someone to spin you one up out of modern wood on a lathe for a couple of hundred pounds, but upkeep would be a nightmare. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -

Sooo.... thought I had schedule in my head... random delivering of boxes of stsuff to storage over the next 2-3 days... went there and he said the crane's coming soon to put my unit on top of another ... "I have to go up stairs???" I enquired? He must have seen the look of panic on my face ... and said "Oh - I'll get him to put it along a bit then", so it'll remain at ground level. Until that point in time, I had NO idea it was even being moved!
Then.... "Oh, and I won't be here Thursday"... well, that was my main day for finally moving stuff out.... things aren't going to plan are they...?0 -

I can't/won't buy one if there's a free one I'm leaving on the shelf.... and I can't take the free one as I'll struggle to get through the first one. It's annoying....0 -

That's possibly the thing I missed most where I used to live - was happy not having a microwave, coped without a toaster. But a pokey ice box compartment is no substitute for a freezer!0
