If you like or dislike it who cares what others think.

    Absolutely
Dim sum is things, not a thing, we talked aout it in an old no thread and i suggested we took you for dimsum when you were going to be in london for some reason then you reveled you hate two main ingredients of most!

I grew up hating cheese and tomatoes. When pizzas became popular and I asked my parents what it was, they said it was a cheese and tomato pie. It took years before I tried it. What a waste! The meal isn't like the sum of its ingredients.like a compound isn't like its elements.

I used to have pizza when I was a child, but we called it Welsh rabbit.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

If you could see the London/Surrey borders weather this minute you wouldn't ask about solar panels!:rotfl:

Loads of roads have wikipedia articles. Makes you wonder what counts as non-notable!

Chewy wanted this thread go be about his relationship and solar panels, so i had to ask.

There are good roads and ba roads though. For a while for a very annoying reason i used to have to user the a30 to the west from london. Although nice enough for short trips when compared to the a303 its slow. The a 303 has some terrible atretches though, early on and then As you get further down.

I like the idea of history around routes peole ake, major arteries in particular, but it missed stuff i think, that would grab the interest of younger users and getvthem interested in history. I supoose jot many young viewers at that time watching shows about roads.

What I meant was - if I didn't like it, it might be because that place did rotten ones.... and I'd think that all were that bad... IYSWIM.

It's not about what others think, it's about them tasting the same ones and letting me know if those ones were "good" or "bad". Like anything, not all food is good - a lot of cr4p, but it's because you're eating a cr4p one .... e.g. imagine if your only experience of an indian curry was a supermarket 75p basics one ... you'd never want to eat indian ever!

You have to remember I've never eaten in good places and have very limited experience of good food. To me, a staff canteen is top food! :)

I just Wiki'd them - and of the ones listed in Wiki ... yeah, wouldn't eat those :) All funny fishy stuff :)

Yep - with all that rain you wouldn't be making much electricity right now...that and the fact it is night ;)

You're clearly not from Glasgow. We all still need Ambre Solaire factor 50 + (or equivalent to two duffel coats) at this time of "night" as southerners insist on calling it.

In the summer holidays, if the weather was sunny, we'd pack up some squash in a bottle and a plastic box of tomato sandwiches... by the time it got to eating them they'd be all soggy - and were fantastic!! I like tomatoes, but I'd not miss them if they were absent in, say, a salad as there'd be other things I like as much/more too.

My dad never ate pizza ... he said it reminded him of one night one of his friends was sick on a pavement and he couldn't entertain the idea of a pizza.

I eat a lot of cheese.... cheap cheddar 99% of the time (£5/Kg). I wouldn't like squidgy cheese or mouldy cheese.....

I think yesterday's meals were: a cheese-topped bap filled with one tomato for lunch - and for tea it was two potatoes steamed in the microwave and topped with cheddar.
