    Amazon.co.uk for a SIM free, Marble White is in stock from 8th June (which I suspect the next delivery expected 7th June) and Pebble Blue is still at taking Pre Orders which suggests that Samsung have no confirmed dates when it is expecting to ship.

    That's fair enough, but why can't they at least sort an e-mail explaining to those that have pre-ordered the S3. They might lose a lot of orders over lack of communication and Samsung must of gave them SOME details!?

    Plus that still isn't a valid reason for not getting a decision in almost two days? If they are rejecting me at least I can try a different supplier instead of being left hanging....

    It might be that they don't do a credit search unless they know they can furfil the order. Imagine if they credit score you (leave a footprint), and then don't have the phone you want. Then you decide to go to another mobile provider who has stock and will undertake a search and leave another footprint.

    But I agree, communication or lack off is frustrating.

    I have e-mailed the executive office with my query, got an instant reply telling me to call them as my query needs further investigation. I am at work however and can't use my mobile to call and I am working long late hours, when their call centre will be closed by the time I get home. Very frustrating. I understand what you're saying liubeliu though with regards to footprints. But I would of thought that would of automatically happened once I had placed the order, so they have to follow through with some form of response. I am awaiting a further reply from the executive office. Hopefully they can get someone on to it for me.

    visit your local store tomorrow do a creditcheck there and they can give you an instant answer.

    MIght even be able to get the phone without waiting as well, as people wonder why all our high streets are closing !!

    ...but of course you can get £110 cashback from quidco by applying online...which is probably why all our high streets are closing...
