I was attempting to log into Northern bank ebanking but it states Java is not on this laptop however when I look at the programs on this laptop it states that Java is on this laptop.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong because you need Java to log into a Northern account and Java will not load?

Maybe javascript isn't installed for the browser you're using.

I keep getting the following message "The page you are viewing uses Java. More information on Java support is availablefrom the Microsoft website." Northern Bank allows you to "Check your computer" and when it does I get the following message "
JavaXNo JavaPlease go to log-on for eBanking, where we can guide you on installing Java". Yet I have followed their instructions and Java is installed.
Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong?0 -
Internet Explorer 9.
64bit or 32bit?
If 32bit, make sure you have you have the 32bit version of Java installed.
If 64bit, make sure you have the 64bit version of Java installed.
