Spendy weekend for me
but managed to keep the weekly shop to £12.30 :j (decided I couldn't justify the 18 mile round trip to Mr A for the few bits I needed so popped to the local co*op - although it's slightly more expensive, once the fuel is taken off sometimes it's just worth it ... and they did have ham & diet coke on offer so it worked out quite well).
Liquid gold today  - had a 5p off / litre from DM & had to come home "the long way" (main road rather than cross country) as there's a rally on so popped in to fill up & finally got some bathroom scales (40 mile round trip for me to get to Ar*gos so been needing these for ages!).
Been filling out a job application since I got home - fingers crossed but not expecting any joy as there's an average of over 100 people applying for each one- need to stop that stop me applying for them tho' as they don't come up often and if I don't try ..... well I can't blame anyone else can I:rotfl:
Love the pic IF - just turned on the TV and the Queen looks frozenhow sad it's horrible and raining (brilliant sunshine here but it's still cold & we've had a few heavy showers).

Hi ,
NSD#2 for me today.
Sunday and still 2 days to go before having to go back to work:j shame that it looks like it will be wet though. Still if I don't go out I won't spend anything (can't spend cash online:rotfl:).
Cupboards and freezer well stocked and aiming to not spend again until next weekend:eek:"Whether you think you can, or you think you can't -- you're right" - Henry Ford0 -

Ohhhhh Dirleton Castle's lovely- the beach just at the end of the village is one of my favourite walks *sigh*.
I tend to avoid it like the plague from April - Sept tho' as just too busy (usually) in the summer months .... I've been there many a time and it's been only me & the dog on the whole beach *sigh* (my idea of heaven!)
Guess it could be something to do with the BH weekend maybe? (schools are off here tomorrow even though it's not a BH)OutofDebt-NOT-OutofDanger wrote: »Sunday and still 2 days to go before having to go back to work:j
