Happy June everybody! My computer at home is a bit under the weather, so I'm just sneaking on to declare an early NSD 1 x0

Sorry I am late
So, so busy at the moment
I am going for 12 in June as I have a really busy month (again!)
Just whizzing in and out today, hope you are all ok, today wasn't an NSD as I had to get a new memory card for my camera (so some shoes and a jacket fell in my basket as well)

Now that sounds like a good dealbtw, have you tried Freecycle to give some of the surplus away? I got some tomatoes from there last year (although i didn't get much from them with the carp weather)
well good news first is NSD #1 :j boot camp is deff keeping me out of the shops :A
not so good news is that I spoke to my car insurers today and when I said I had the reg of the car that hit me they were really positive about claiming through the drivers insurance company....until they did a search and it seems the car has no insurance  my current choice is claim through my insurance = excess and hike in premium, or pay for it myself (getting a quote next week on that). Police now involved as well based on the fact no insurance is showing for the offending vehicle - how is it some people just think the law doesn't apply to them  More to the point, it's 'only' a bumper scrape I have to deal with, but next time they hit something it could be so much worse and someone else will really get clobbered through no fault of their own. grrrrr...rant overFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Hi
I am going for my usual 10 NSDs this month.
I kept a spending diary last month I've just looked at it and I'm shocked at the amount I spent on groceries £177.74 :eek:and this is for one person. On the plus side I've got a freezer and store cupboard full of food. I need to start planning and batch cooking my meals.
Today will be a spendy day as I have to pick up my monthly Thyroxine prescription, this is free. Then I need to buy fruit to make a fruit dish for my slimming club's party at the class on Tuesday. I'm thinking of strawberries, bilberries and lychees for a red, white and blue theme. Any left I can eat at home.
