Hi,
I see where you are coming from, but actually I think Walkers are correct to make multipack bags smaller.
If you think about it, multipacks and singles are bought by different people. Multipacks are mostly bought by families but people buy singles when they are out and about. I wouldn't want to put a full size packet in my kid's lunchbox, but I do want a full size packet when I buy a sandwich for my lunch at work.
