Yes you should be able to gete your information direct from O2, if they dont then otelo will be able to sort that out for you mate.

To put it into context...I've now had 5 of them...
Similar probs with N93 I believe.

Mainly Problems with the music player.
Also, the phone can go majorly slow!

I thought most of the problems had been ironed out in the firmware 3 of the phone?

Yes well O2 keep sending me phone with version 2.0628.0.0.1 lol.

o2 never pay nokia or update it themselves.....my n70 & n73 are axactly the same...i bit the bullet and changed my product code to another mobile operator and got the music edition software on both - they both respond with a vast improvment - the n73 on o2 waas diabolical beforehand
