Missing Pollybear, Poohbear and Embb posting at the moment, hi if your lurking and sorry if I've missed your posts.
Just going to do the list for tomorrow and then start a mamouth ironing session.
Note: kids rooms are not going on the list for this week as I thought they could all help do a bit clean and sort of their rooms when they are on half term next weekThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -
Dusty fluffies hoovered all downstairs am sure there will be more so will try again tomorrow.
Downstairs loo and sink and floor cleaned.
Tables and mantle cleared and wiped.
Need to clean the blinking sofas again omg those kids ahv been mucky with all this heat, which reminds me:
Cleaned bath after dunking tots, you've never seen anything like it. DS is a different colour now...
Also had a flingathon. Figured my newly painted bedroom (which still has no carpet or bed yet lol) is so clean and neat looking, that I want clean and neat inside my wardrobes too. In the last 2 weeks I have filled 3 bin bags just of my own clothes. So been at the cupboards again.
Finished my meal plan from yesterday too. Tomorrow I'm having a mixed grill with creamy peppercorn sauce... MmmBossymoo

Good evening
Thanks Dusty for the lists.
Went AWOL again last week. DD1 came home for a few days, and it was DD2's birthday on Thursday.
Not much flying has been done - but we have managed to make a difference in the gardenIt's a shame that the slugs/snails have been busy too  I have declared war! The nemaslug hasn't worked, or the stuff I got from the garden centre on Sunday. I have been out and collected about 30 of the little b**g**s tonight, and I am making a salty slug soup :eek: I have also buried 2 jars of beer, and they looked like they were heading to a party
It is so gross!! If I can cut down the population, maybe they won't breed so much.
I have also got DH to put up some bunting :T We are looking quite patrioticI am planning to have a little Jubilee party for the kiddies on Friday. I suppose I should start thinking about what we are having, and making some cakes
My list for this week:
dailies
group assignment first draft (must do tomorrow!)
plan food for Friday
write up at least 3 observations
work out bill for Little Miss Sunshine
bins tomorrow
clear pile of post/paperwork
plant seeds
clear worktop in laundry room
sort out fridge
If i get a chance I will tackle the lists, but don't hold your breath!!
Hugs & spoons to those that need them. And lots of healing/strength/coping vibes to Mrs MP's niece & her family, and Ed
Ok - I am off to bed. Hopefully it won't be too warm tonightNight night all x

Morning!
I took DD1 for her "tan" yesterday and it was terrible!! It looked like someone had grabbed her by the feet and dunked her in some dirty water
She hated itit was supposed to be the lightest one they did . She decided to wash it off, and after the tears made streaks down her face I didn't see much other choice.
Her Grandma is a bit mad about it (she paid) and has emailed them etc but I personally think we've just learned by experience. She won't be doing that again
Well it's dreaded Wedesday again - you all know how much I hate Wednesdays lol
I have sooo much to do but didn't sleep well at all last night so I'm trying to dope myself up on coffee
Plans for the day -
Load DW
Hang out washing
Reload WM (last bits I have left :j )
Empty sand out of wash bins
Take Dad to club
Come home work on lists
Have legs and eyebrows done (my little luxury)
Pick Dad back up and take him to Asda
Then home back to the lists
Off to finish my coffee and make a start

Fred decided he likes DS2's trainers so has hide one of them, not so good because they where only got a few weeks ago. I also caught Fred pulling the washing off the line yesterday too..
Plan today is to have a mini fling from the attic, i have a few things up there that i need to find. I'll see how it goes..Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0 -
Hi everyone
So glad I found this thread! Count me in, I'm in desperate need of motivation to get the house clean following our houseguests moving in and leaving their things everywhere.... Also, we're going away on the 6th so it would be lovely to get the place sorted and not come back to a dump!0 -
Well I have to pop out shortly, forgot the tots library books, and didn't give DS his medicine so will stop at nursery then I'm going to see if I can find some curtains and lampshade for my new bedroom, maybe even a mirror for the wall.
Then need to Hoover said bedroom and empty it of any decorating remnants, and the laundry bin, ready for mr carpet fitter on fri. Still haven't taken up the gripper rod...
