Hello Flyfriends, I've been awol for quite a while. I have had a really bad flare up and been generally bed bound. Today I am feeling much better and while I've been awol DH has continued flying so the house is looking pretty good. He has also worked miracles in the garden. All while looking after me and his DS. What a treasure.

I shall just take things easy today, and sit in the shade in the garden. I have fresh veg to prep for the freezer and I shall admire DH's hard work.

Thinking of all the poorlies and sending vibes to help xx

Yes she was upset :( I'm not one for complaining so I'll leave that down to her Grandma :p

No, there's nowhere else he can go :( The lady who runs the group has already said that a lot of people will drop out. I spoke to one man who goes every day and he's going to have to stop. He doesn't know what he's going to do instead :(
Maybe once Social Services realise so many people can't afford it they'll rethink it.
If not the group will be closed, I don't know what will happen to the ladies that work there.

I went into "The Range" after dropping my dad off to get some weed killer and I brought 2 rope ball doorstops :D I know I could have made material ones but CBA. These are more for bathrooms but I don't care, I liked them :)

I've sorted out some paperwork and bagged up all the girl tat that they've left around the front room
DC5 is chasing a fly around the front room, jumping on everything and bashing my blinds about!!
I don't want to be around when she catches it _pale_

Right off to scrub the bathroom floor

Found no curtains, but did buy a mirror. Get me, I went in the tool cabinet, got dh's drill, found the right bit, a big screw and a wall plug, and I went and hung my new mirror! he'll be having a little chuckle at me from heaven (x).

Also pulled up and binned gripper rod, swept and hoovered, put away steps and all tools used today, recycled mirror packaging.

Just eating my yoghurt and will go sweep the porch and shine me knockers lol

ETA I don't have a knocker either! Well! I never noticed! Cleaned my doorbell haha then thought I'd do the glass panel in the door, and ended up doing the whole door, fixings included, inside and out... Swept porch down and bashed doormat so now free of dusty fluffs

I've been in the attic and took down all the clothes Rhys will be going into very shortly. All have been washed now and are out on the line to dry. Back hall and front hall have had a good tidy up, kitchen has been completely done. :D

Dinner on now and then homeworks. Kids all at a Sunday School thing tonight, mind you DD doesn't want to go. Rhys is having a major meltdown because he hasn't slept today so i'm gonna try and hold him out until 6.30 then it's bedtime.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.
