Piles are appearing again  How does this happen? I'm going to have to tackle the livingroom (or at least the "study area") again today as I can't find a flat surface to put any paperwork on :o It was fine yesterday afternoon

I just thought.. do we REALLY need to know about your piles??? Then realised you meant piles of junk.. not piles on the bottom!! lol

I never have flat surfaces, I have almost given up trying!! I'm happy with a floor!!

    Hi All

    :bdaycake: thriftykatie

So far today I've washed dishes, taken dog to the vets (got to ring up after 1pm to see when she can come home), DD at school, DS at preschool and 2nd load in WM. Then I've spent the last hour on here catching up on posts:o

Going to make a move now and see how much I can get done before games club with DD at school this afternoon.

Well the dog's okay, she can come home between 3.30 and 6.30 but we've got to stop her scratching with her back legs. Will try putting socks on her - anyone got any other ideas?

Another load of washing done - I'm doing fairly well in DD's bedroom but it still looks like a tip!

Beef's cooking in the oven ready for later so I think I'll have some dinner and then try and do some more.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my days off, and now I have three hours till I have to pick the boys up from nursery. Set your timers please for 15 minutes in every room challenge.

Or I could just sit here and read random websites for the rest of the afternoon....

I've cut the grass front and back. Got a load of washing done, nearly all dry. Vacuumed through downstairs and did the stairs.

And spent 20 minutes listening to "music" ringing Virgin and got £21.50 reduction in our monthly bill, permanently :) Was worth it.

I'm just not in the mood for anything today  But as I've got the urge to move away from the computer I've done jobs a bit at a time :rotfl: At least they're done and I haven't spent a whole 6 hours sitting here messing around on games websites :D

Off to put the oven on for tea - fish, chips & mushy peas ;)

You can be proud of me - I did the washing up, a load of washing, and hoovered the ground floor, all by 9am!! :D

So, I could spend all the rest of the day outdoors. Two hours on the allotment this morning, picked up DS1 from school as he doesn't have any classes Thursday afternoon, and then another couple of hours in the garden at home.

DD left this morning for her art trip to Cornwall - lucky girl, I've been wanting to go to the Eden Project for ages!

Back to my course tomorrow, so no time for flying. I'll blitz the children's rooms on Saturday.

Juliejim - could try an old T-shirt, pleased to hear she is ok of course, mine went for her little op on Monday, was bouncing about like an idiot again by Tuesday morning!

Well done quite well. PC is back up and running but had to wipe it :( thankfully most of my things are safe. I feel like a pin cushion as had third lot of blood tests this morning and an injection. I am not going in the bath as I'll fill up with water with all these holes, showers only :rotfl:

Kids rooms done, more junk sorted, made a start on the wardrobe/drawers sorting, going through clearing out aswell as moving stuff. Got a bag full for the charity shop and one for nephew. Most dailies done, kids swimming kits packed (leaving in about 10 minutes) leaving table/chairs assembling until tomorrow as want to clear everything first.
One day I might be more organised...........
