Not following a contact order

Is your solicitor actually aware that he is refusing to return the children as per the court order? If so I can't understand why he can't act faster. Why is he waiting for your ex's solicitor?Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants - Michael Pollan

Yes my solicitor is aware. Police cannot enforce a contact order unless there is an addituonal something or other attached. Which basically means if you breech the order you will be arrested.
Only court will deal with it. You can only get an emergency hearing if the children are at risk of physical harm.
It's horrible waiting, but I'm not just sitting uncaring. Im following the rules as the judge is more positive towards you if you do things correctly.0 -
Rainbowdreamer, how did things turn out for you?0

He got shouted at by the judge & had to return the children immediately. but the current contact order is still in place as the judge doesnt want to make changes until the cafcass report has been done. My home visit with them is todat.
Meanwhile my eldest has lost a very good school place due to applying to another school near him.
I am struggling financially on an income of 50 pound a week.
And have 2 very confused children as dads new relationship didnt work out again.
But they are happy boys when they are home. I have been making the most of it & showering them with love.0
