So someone who is concerned about some imaginary abuse of his children sees fit to introduce them to god knows how many women in a short space of time? I think maybe that is a place to start unravelling his arguments. I'd also keep records of what he putting on Facebook: it's defamation.

As you said, he wants to get back at you. I'm sure he sounds as though he has the sort of lifestyle where he'd want 2 children full-time on a permanent basis. He might give you The run around for a fair while yet, but my guess is that ultimately you will win and he will go off ranting about how social services/ the courts etc couldn't see "the abuse" your children were suffering and how the system is loaded in favour of women. He saves face and has given you months of hell.

I just can't see from what you say that he's really equipped or wanting to have the children permanently. He might think he does now, but when some woman comes along who doesn't want children, or he wants to go away or something what does he do?

Don't give up. You are stronger than him. You might not think it, but you have the welfare of your children at heart. He can't keep making unfounded allegations, especially when you've no boyfriend around to accuse.

    We're behind you x

  • I'm just struggling at the thought of another 3 weeks of not seeing my children.
His solicitor is on holiday for 2 weeks now. So he has timed it nicely to make it harder to resolve.
Im in bits. I just want to see my children.

Ring your solicitor and ask if you can get it back into court quickly - cases can get listed for hearings within 24 hours if the need is there. Make sure you tell him that you fear for your safety as a result of what has been posted on FB. If possible give your solicitor access so that he can see/print the accusations/threats. Take screendumps, print outs of the FB pages before they disappear.

It's HIS problem if he decides to act up while his solicitor is away.

Have been keeping myself busy so far. Have changed the spare room into youngests bedroom, have decluttered and done a tip run.
Its all perfect and homely for when the children return..

I know you say the Police can't do anything but is it worth reporting it anyway just to get an incident number in case he denies that he denied access?

I don't have any advice for you, but wanted to send you hugs xxx

As a mother myself I can't begin to imagine how I would feel if my boys weren't with me.

    The very best of luck.

Get on to your solicitor NOW. If you wait it just looks as if you don't really care...
