I'm starting with tomorrow's meal, hope that's ok:
Sat: Sausage, bean and potato bake
Sun: Quorn chicken curry (from takeaway secret)
Mon: Leftover sausage, bean and potato bake
Tues: Quorn mince lasagna (a friend gave me a tip - to use the Value lasagna sheets but make the lasagna the night before cooking it so they'll soften up. So I'll be putting this together on Monday).
Wed: Pizza from takeaway secret book
Thurs: Leftover lasagna
Fri: Egg and chips0 -

After ages off the thread, I'm broke and back! My veggie roommate has another veggie friend here staying, so its all about the veg options this week. Gentle on the wallet anyway.
This week was / is:
Sunday - leftover pilaf
Monday - random three course treat with the roommies, I made pumpkin soup and veg fritatta and they made crumble
Tuesday - Leftover soup and bread, maybe leftover fritatta too if I'm peckish
Wednesday - happy hour at our local (75p wine!) so likely split a drunken pizza or burrito with someone after that
Thursday - shakshuka with some pita (just need to buy pita and a few more onions)
Friday - any remaining soup (I made a vat and we dont have a freezer) and courgette / tomato gratin (just need basil and courgette)
Saturday - whatever leftovers need finishingMortgage free by 30:eek:: £28,000/£100,000Debt free as of 1 October, 2010

Also, prizes for what to do with the remaining quarter pumpkin next week? Not the biggest fan of risotto, but maybe could add it to a stir fry or something?Mortgage free by 30:eek:: £28,000/£100,000

Spiced pumpkin soup is lovely, and we often have a creamy pumpkin and spinach curry with coconut milk.
Mmm you've made me craved shakshouka (or chakchouka as they call it in my dad's native country) with french crusty bread!0 -
