    Thanks everyone :A

Back wound is now slightly better, but I picked up a cold whilst waiting in the doctor's surgery for an hour and a half (woman next to me was coughing and not covering her mouth!).

    Queue sleepless nights :(

My cold appeared out of nowhere last night. I'd like it to leave as quickly as it arrived! :/

Thanks GRC :). Meow, hope your cold clears up soon.

Been neglecting this diary for a little while now, need to start posting again. Been a bit bad money wise this month in terms of earning. Fortunately spending hasn't been too bad.

We went out for a meal last night for a friend's birthday. I spent around £40, but that included £15 diesel and a bottle of wine as a gift (got asked for ID in the supermarket :D).

Will post again later when I'm a bit more coherent (didn't get much sleep last night due to coughing :().

    Hi Aamberle :)

My back is much better thanks. Got the dressing off now, so just need to leave it to heal.

Unfortunately cold is driving me mad, keeping me awake at night with the coughing. I'm seriously hoping it goes away before Wednesday next week, or I won't be too popular on Centre Court!!

    You too Meow :).

Had a much better sleep last night, so feeling a lot more 'with it' today.

I saw a quote yesterday that I liked:
"If you're bored with life, if you don't get up every morning with a burning desire to do things - you don't have enough goals"

So I think I need some goals. Off to have a think and will be back later.

I am glad you slept better. Its the best healer.

I think you have loads of goals, you still have stuff on Day Zero x

I seem to be taking ages to clear that list! :rotfl:

Hi GRC - kind of gave up on the Day Zero list. Felt like I'd padded it out with a load of pointless stuff.

I'm going to try monthly goals instead. I've come up with 5 for July:
    1. Earn £1,000
    2. Redeem £50 in vouchers
    3. Pay off a debt
    4. Get to a payout on a cash survey site
    5. Clock up 20 hours work on my cross stitch

    Emz xx
