Well we are more than half way there!

We put our stuff into storage on Thursday and handed over the keys to our house on Friday. We then stayed at a neighbours over the weekend and I worked my last day Monday - very emotional but great.

We drove up to our new village on Monday straight after work, and we are now living out of boxes at parents in law until we can move in to our new house.

When it's all sorted we could be left with a new mortgage of 190,000 !!!

I am currently applying for lots of part time jobs ones that are coming up to their closing date. I will then slow down with that, perhaps try supply agencies. Oh is working hard trying to reorganise his business so that money is still coming in.

I am desperate to start paying off this mortgage!

Feeling a bit lost at sea at the moment!

Well I haven't actually seen it yet! I am keeping it as a surprise. For me its all about the location and the fact that OH can work from it. The location is fabulous - right by the beautiful coast line of western Scotland... I will tell you the rest on Wednesday when we hopefully move in!

Just a quickie re driftwood in fireplaces- it's a no- no as it gives off dangerous fumes(dioxin) and no good either in stoves as it corrodes it badly! Google it! And congrats on new home- sounds wonderful :D
