    Mortgage-free Glee!
Well the head has managed to get a replacement for me from the 13th of Nov, so I have to work until the 12th of November, but that's great considering it could have been working up to the 2oth of December!

We have to move out of our house on the 8th of Nov, and OH doesn't want the children to be without me for the weekend (I disagree, I think they would be fine) so it looks like we will book into a caravan for the weekend here, so I can work on the Monday, then we will head off to Scotland.

Just doing my packing and sorting out of service now - very boring!

Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D

Seems a bit pedantic, you having to work on a Monday, but great news all round. Exciting times ahead :j:j:j
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
