Problem with lloyds bank atm not paying out money

Your bank need a kick up the backside.Hi,
I tried to use a Lloyds TSB ATM and it just made a lot of noise. After 3 or 4 minutes said transaction cancelled. Then I check my account and the money is gone. Now since the card is from another bank they said I need to wait 60 days for a resolutions. This is just infuriating.
