Fine - sort it out yourself. I'll have nothing more to do with it. Good luck - you'll need it!!!!!

Ok thanks for trying. maybe read the full details next time. and you would realised i never stopped paying it til the company started stealing the money.... which to me is quite understandable.

Now I am confused, are you saying the payments are up to date?

So the original car is a Citroen you just happened to get from a Ford dealership, or am I missing something?

How did you go about swapping this car when it wasn't yours to swap?

You need to chase up these payments, something strange is going on here. CAB sounds the best advice really, sounds a rather complicated situation. Hope you get it sorted.

The main issue is that of the finance; as you've got rid of the car the repairs etc are neither here nor there really.

no they are not now hun.... when they started stealing the payments then it started going behind... i sent 3 payments of the high amount i told you about and they didnt take it off the balance making it in arrears.
(i dont see myself getting any help here)
why do i need to keep repeating myself... we all know the facts now (well the ones who bother reading the facts)
