I make these too; I have found though that they don't cook as well on an electric hob of any type; but I add a small amount of trex (stork would probably work too), probably about a tablespoon full to the flour and rub it in thoroughly before adding the water. I do have a traditional roti pan but again have found this does not work on an electric hob; no matter what temperature the hob ring is on it still burns and sticks so instead I use a very good quality non-stick saute pan xx0
