Just been told I am getting another unexpected bonus in Feb - approx £500 yaaaaay

Now all this can not go on debt though! There are things we NEED and I have just put them off. Finally I will be able to buy a pair of boots for work and not get wet feet

IT'S PAYDAY!!!!! :j
I phoned the credit card company as soon as they were open and PAID IT OFF! YIPPEE! And I closed the account down. It feels FABULOUS! My total debt is down a number now as well, only £10K somthing now rather than 11Ksomething.
Next goal get under 10K!

Only managed to pay off £150 from my debt this month

Well I'm at a 'stall' at the moment

I was doing well - even started a small emergency savings pot that had reached thegfrand total of £80. Then the inevitable.....clutch went on the car £345 :mad:

Wiped me out and now I feel behind. Truly skint this month and feel its karma for booking a break away last month.

and now the showers broke and the washing machine broke. Its all going wrong and I'm back up to owing '11k something' when it should be 9k something. I'm gutted and can't see an end - ever.
Daughter starts high school next year which comes with added expenses....which will have to be taken from what we use to pay our debt so we will pay it off even slower.
We're years and years away from being debt free and all the scrimping and saving currently feels like were treading water as hard as we can and still sinking
changing my signature now...back up we go
