    Photo "evidence" has no bearing at all on private parking and even in legit enforcement its the bottom of the evidential pile - everything else has to check out first before they will even admit them.

    Its just another scare tactic. Ignore and stop taking these jokers seriously. :)

    Actually, NCP have recently issued court papers. The recipient has evidently notched up 15 unpaid tickets. We've advised offering the 15 unpaid charges, and have heard nothing back.
    The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)
