Then you should have nothing to worry about. Any funny business (like the TP trying to put some blame on you), instruct them to issue proceedings if necessary. Don't settle for anything less than full (100%) non-fault.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0 -
Sorry, just sticking my oar in here.
But you might want to consider blanking out your number plate on the photo so it's not on public view (ie cloning etc)A friend is someone who understands your past, believes in your future, and accepts you just the way you are.0 -

That's just stupid mate, everyone's number plates are on public view all day every day. Shall we all start driving about covering our number plates also so they dont get cloned? :rotfl:0 -
Albany were fine when someone went into the back of me.
Do not go for their hire car though as the cheeky toads said I'd had it 4 days when I had it for 1/2 day until I realised the problems that it would cause me.
BTW...I have to declare it as a non fault accident which is totally unfair

No point in making it easier lol
However looking at the picture again, given the colour of the car, perhaps it would be better blanking out the car itself... (sorry OP

Check your policy. It may state it includes a courtesy car. If so, remind your broker that you want it. If not, the TP's insurers should pick up the tab anyway.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0

The hire car will come with a contract saying if the other insurer wont pay you do !
If they charge more than a local hire car, you can not sue for it back as well.
